Set up a customer group for employees
- In your Magento admin panel, navigate to Customers > Customer Groups
- Click on "Add New Customer Group" and name it something like "Employee Discount"
- Set the group's tax class to "Retail Customer" and save the group

Assign employees to the new customer group
- Go to Customers > All Customers and find the employees you want to give the discount to
- Edit each employee's account and change their customer group to "Employee Discount"
- Save the changes for each employee

Create a discount rule for the employee group
- Go to Promotions > Shopping Cart Price Rules
- Click on "Add New Rule" and fill in the necessary information (e.g. rule name, description, etc.)
- Under the Conditions tab, set the rule to only apply to customers in the "Employee Discount" group
- Under the Actions tab, set the discount amount or percentage for bags & luggage products
- Save the rule

Test the employee discount
- Log out of your admin panel and log in as one of the employees who has been assigned to the "Employee Discount" group
- Add a bags & luggage product to your cart and proceed to checkout
- The discount should be automatically applied to the product based on the rule you created
