Set up Employee Discount in Ginesys
- Log in to your Ginesys account and navigate to the settings or configuration section.
- Look for the option to set up employee discounts and click on it.
- Enter the details such as the discount percentage or amount that employees are eligible for on hats and gloves.

Assign Employee IDs
- Make sure each employee has a unique ID in the Ginesys system.
- Assign the employee discount to each employee by linking their ID to the discount percentage or amount set up in the previous step.

Apply Employee Discount at Checkout
- When an employee purchases hats or gloves, they can provide their employee ID at the checkout counter.
- The cashier can then enter the employee ID into the Ginesys system to apply the discount to the total amount due.

Monitor and Manage Employee Discounts
- Regularly review and audit employee discounts to ensure they are being applied correctly.
