We are thrilled to announce that we’ve hit an incredible milestone on our 3.0 journey! We rolled out phase 1 of the new app, packed with awesome features like Customer 360, Segmentation, Discounts and Promos, and Campaigns. Dive in and start using it as your go-to tool!

Over the next four weeks, we will be launching loyalty and rewards setup along with auto communication. This means it’s time for us to give the app a test drive to ensure our users are wowed when we go live.

Web Receipts:

Our interactive receipts collect customer feedback, show offers, provide recommendations, and display promotional materials. If you missed the webinar, no worries—jump in and explore!

 

Streamlined Campaign Creation:

All channels are now in one place, giving you a comprehensive overview. Plus, a calendar view is on the way for even better planning.

 

Revamped Customer 360 View:

Whether the user is a cashier, manager, or support exec, they can now see the customer’s history, NPS, RFM, referral info, gift cards, and coupons all at a glance. This enhances their experience.

 

Enhanced Segmentation:

We’ve made segmentation lightning fast and intuitive. While doing so, we redeveloped the backend using new tech and dropped certain unused options. This gives us a solid base to add new requests coming from our users. Expect pre-defined segments, AI-based clusters, and more segmentation rules soon.
